Tina Riddell is the Administrative Assistant of the Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence
She supports the department by coordinating logistics and hospitality for events by making room & equipment reservations, working with maintenance & food service vendors, and overseeing event setup & takedown. Tina provides support through the tracking of financial transactions for Faculty Grants, Stipends, Sabbaticals and Awards. She is also available to answer questions about policies & procedures regarding Café’s programs and assist faculty with using the Café Library resources.
Tina has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & International Business from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She began her career as a Management Consultant, helping small businesses maximize their profits through increased employee engagement & performance programs, financial analysis and operational efficiencies. She then transitioned into a Corporate Training & Organizational Design Specialist role where she focused on New Hire Orientations, creating & facilitating leadership training programs and planning all corporate events. Before coming to North Central College, Tina worked as a Meeting & Events Coordinator, as well as managing the department budget, financial transactions and reporting.
