Jack Littner is a Lecturer in Exercise Science for the department of Kinesiology. He attended Northern Illinois University where he earned his M.S.Ed. in Exercise Physiology and B.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education with an emphasis in Human Performance. His masters thesis examined the effects of fatigue on muscle activity in elite female Olympic weightlifters. Jack also holds the USA Weightlifting National Coach certification with which he coaches a team of competitive Olympic weightlifters.
