
Linh Phu is a Success Coach in the Office of Academic Support Services. She joined the team in November 2021 after working in the Office of Residence Life as an Area Hall Director and Adviser to the Residence Hall Association (RHA) for almost four years. In addition to her role as a Success Coach, Linh is a member of the Emergency Book Fund committee, which assists students in receiving financial assistance for their textbooks and educational supplies. Linh is also an Adjunct Instructor for the CARD 110 Cardinal Experience course.
Linh attended Illinois State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. During her time at Illinois State, Linh discovered her passion for higher education and student affairs. After being involved in the Association of Residence Halls, Break Away, and other student organizations, she decided to change career paths and pursue a career in higher education.
Linh completed her graduate work at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received her Master's degree in Educational Administration - specialization in student affairs. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she worked as a graduate assistant in multicultural programming, a graduate intern in student conduct, and a teaching assistant for the College of Business in their First-Year Seminar Course.
