Andrae Miller is a Student Success Coach and Retention Specialist in the Office of Academic Support Services. He teaches a First Year Experience course for new students and is an active member of the Veteran Success Team, focusing on supporting military personnel within the campus community. 

He earned his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was engaged with the Department of Resident Life, Phi Alpha Delta Pre Law Fraternity, and served as both a student and teaching assistant for the CIVICUS Living and Learning program, which emphasizes civic service and community engagement. Currently, Andrae is involved with the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and the Alpha Alpha Alpha National Honor Society for First-Generation College Students (Tri Alpha).

Andrae completed his graduate studies at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
