Activities & Athletics
Our alumni will tell you that some of their greatest memories take place outside the classroom. All students can participate in activities hosted by our 100+ student organizations in addition to educational, cultural, and social engagement opportunities. You can also catch the Cardinal spirit by participating in or joining the fan section, NCC Nest, of our nationally-recognized athletic teams.
Recreation & Fitness
Physical wellness is important to your overall college experience, and our campus offers all the tools you need to stay fit and healthy. Our Residence Hall/Recreation Center includes an elevated walking track, four multipurpose athletic courts perfect for a pickup game, and a fully-equipped Fitness Center. Our location steps from downtown Naperville also makes it easy to access off-campus recreation such as running or walking along the Riverwalk, biking the DuPage River Trail, or yoga or barre sessions.

Campus Dining
North Central offers a wide variety of delicious and healthy meals, featuring local and sustainable food sources, build-your-own meal concepts and special options for every diet, including vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free. With four dining locations, both resident and commuter students will be fueled for success. We have flexible meal plans to accommodate both resident and commuter needs.
Student Well-Being
Even the best college environment can be a challenge if you are not at your best. The Dyson Wellness Center staff of healthcare professionals ensures that you receive high-quality and confidential medical, counseling and advocacy services, as well as health education. And don’t forget our students’ favorite finals week event, Dyson Dog Days!
