How to Use UniBuddy

UniBuddy is our user-friendly platform that allows you to easily connect directly with current students and admission counselors.


Easy to Follow Steps

  1. Select a current student or admission counselor to chat with
  2. Select "Create Your Account" 
  3. Complete your quick profile
  4. Adjust your "Notification Preferences" under "Settings" to receive replies via email, SMS, or WhatsApp


Response Time

When chatting with a student, most messages will receive a quick response, but some may take up to 24 hours. Staff members reply to questions during working hours Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30 p.m. CST with a 24-hour response time in most instances.
