North Central supports DREAMers, undocumented and DACA students throughout their college career and beyond. The Office of Student Engagement & Belonging offers various initiatives on campus to better support our undocumented students based on student-led recommendations. In addition, North Central is a nationally recognized leader in first generation programming and student success. Cardinal First, our first-generation program, provides students access to a network of first-generation peers, faculty and staff who offer mentoring and support. The information provided here is intended to help navigate the various aspects of the college experience for undocumented students, including terminology, legislation impacting access to higher education, planning for your future after college, and more.
