North Central College and Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce partner to offer tuition discount
Apr 16, 2018
North Central College and the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered together to offer a tuition discount for Chamber members and employees seeking to pursue a graduate degree through the College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
“North Central College values its ongoing relationship with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and was delighted to be able to offer a tuition discount to members who seek to advance their professional credentials through graduate education. As Naperville’s College, this is a natural partnership that unites North Central and the Chamber in the mutual desire to positively impact our community,” said Pamela Monaco, Ph.D., dean of the College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
“Advanced education can be costly, so we are pleased to work with North Central College as they offer Chamber members a tuition discount. Members can now focus on a great graduate education with less incurred expense. It’s a win-win,” said Nicki Anderson, president and CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce.
North Central has been an active member of the Chamber since 1965. The longstanding relationship between both entities has contributed to the vitality and growth of the Naperville community. Founded in 1913, the Chamber is one of Illinois’ largest coalitions of businesses and one of a few in the country to receive a five-start accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. North Central College ranks in the top 10 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 “Best Regional Universities” Midwest category.
The Educational Alliance Discount will be awarded to Chamber members and employees enrolled in five of the College’s six graduate degrees. The discount can be applied to blended, face-to-face, evening, or online courses at the master degree level. North Central offers master degrees in business administration, education, liberal studies, leadership studies, nonprofit management and leadership, and occupational therapy. The Master of Occupational Therapy is exempt from the Educational Alliance Discount.
