North Central College’s MBA Named Among Best Online Programs by U.S. News & World Report

North Central College’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program has been ranked among the 2025 Best Online MBA Programs by U.S. News & World Report.

U.S. News evaluated schools in the Online MBA category based on a variety of factors, such as student engagement, faculty credentials, and services and technologies. In its 13th year, the U.S. News Best Online Programs rankings evaluated more than 1,600 online bachelor's and master's degree programs offered by regionally accredited institutions using metrics specific to online learning.

“Our one-year, fully online MBA program is designed to be fast-paced and flexible—perfect for busy professionals looking to advance their careers, and recent graduates eager to dive into the business world,” said Dr. David Green, dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College. “One of the things that makes our program unique is that courses are designed and primarily taught by experienced, full-time faculty members, many of whom have deep business experience and connections in the Chicago area.”

North Central’s MBA program equips students with the latest business insights, strategies, and skills, and helps them grow their professional network so they can expand and advance their careers. The one-year (12 month) program begins fall semester and is comprised of 12 courses (36 credit hours), including:

The program also includes professional development opportunities that enable students to interact with business leaders willing to serve as mentors, network with their faculty and peers, and participate in value-added seminars and keynotes.

North Central also provides students with access to the College’s Center for Career and Professional Development, the Oesterle Library and Learning Commons (with access to online databases, search engines, and journals), and the Speaking and Writing Centers.
