North Central’s Student Governing Association (SGA) is hosting a series of six “fireside chats” to give students the opportunity to meet and interact with President Troy Hammond, who became the College’s 10th president on January 1.
The six sessions or chats are open to all students but are organized by different campus groups and academic divisions to better accommodate everyone. They are:
Tuesday, March 26, Harold and Eva White Activities Center (WAC), second floor
5-6 p.m.—Science Division majors encouraged to attend
6:15-7:15 p.m.—Attendance encouraged for students who participate in service activities/groups
Tuesday, April 2, WAC, second floor
5-6 p.m.—Economics and Business Division majors encouraged to attend
6:15-7:15 p.m.—Attendance encouraged for students who participate in leadership programs/roles (e.g., LEV programs, student organizations), international programs (including study abroad) and activities sponsored by the Office of Academic Opportunities.
Wednesday, April 3, WAC, second floor
5-6 p.m.—Human Thought & Behavior and Arts & Letters Division majors encouraged to attend
6:15-7:15 p.m.—Attendance encouraged for student-athletes
