In case you haven’t seen the campus garden lately, it’s flourishing! The first round of produce was harvested early this week and included spring salad mix, spinach, cucumbers, squash, beans, peas and radishes. They will be featured in different menu items at Kaufman Dining Hall for the campus community and guests to enjoy. Chartwells is working on new signage to distinguish which menu items were made with garden produce.
