S.T.O.P. In (Student Transfer Organizational Plan)
Make a S.T.O.P. In at North Central College and get your individualized transfer organizational plan going! During your S.T.O.P. on campus, a transfer admission counselor will do an unofficial evaluation of your transcript(s) so that you know which classes to take prior to a transfer, which of your current credits may transfer, and how they would transfer into your major/minor. In addition, the counselor will clarify the admission, financial aid, and scholarship processes. You will leave feeling confident that you have a well-organized transfer plan. A walking tour of campus is encouraged at our daytime S.T.O.P. In for appointments before 4PM. Appointments range from 9AM-6PM, so please view available dates and register now.
During the academic we are open Monday through Fridayto accommodate prospective transfer students who would like to visit campus. A transfer admission counselor is looking forward to sitting down with you one-on-one to clarify the admission, financial aid and scholarship processes. If you bring official or unofficial copies of transcripts from all institutions attended, the counselor will do an unofficial evaluation of those. This provides guidance on the transfer of credits to North Central College and offers advice to you on the timeline ahead. A walking tour of campus with a current student tour guide is highly encouraged as well.
Additionally, weekday visitors can request to sit in on a class or meet with a faculty member from a specific academic area or an athletic coach. Please give at least 4-5 business days notice for classroom, faculty or coach visits to be arranged.
