Study in Japan!
North Central College has partnerships with five universities in Japan: Aoyama Gakuin University, Iwate University (Faculty of Education), Kanda University of International Studies, Kyoto Gakuen University, Nagoya Gakuin University.
Each university has its particular strengths and, together, meet the various needs (e.g. financial, immersions, academic, goals) of North Central College students. For those Japanese majors, the Office of International Programs and Matsubara-sensei work closely together to place students at one of the following Japanese universities during their academic study and tenure at North Central. As a reminder, while Japanese major students do not necessarily pick the university at which they
would like to study, the Office of International Programs and Matsubara-sensei take each student's preference and opinions into high consideration.
