Education - Clinical Faculty
North Central College invites applications for a clinical faculty position in Education to begin September 1, 2014. Appointment at the rank of instructor is anticipated. Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Education or a related field at time of appointment and a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a P-12 setting. The successful candidate will be particularly effective in supervising students in field experiences and in their student teaching, in conducting student teaching seminars, and in developing/nurturing school partnerships. Experience in edTPA and the Danielson Framework for teaching will be weighed in the candidate’s favor. Candidates should also have expertise to teach courses in the undergraduate program.
