North Central College invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in economics at the rank of assistant professor to begin Fall, 2013. Higher rank possible for suitably qualified candidates. Teaching responsibilities will include courses in IPE and History of Economic Thought as well as general economics courses at the principles and intermediate level as needed by the department. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in economics by September 1, 2013. Applicants should have demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to scholarly activities.
