Through projects, Heifer International promotes sustainable development to end hunger and poverty, which strives to protect and integrate economic, ecological and social systems.
Our chapter mission is as follows:
- To promote a holistic awareness, knowledge of hunger and its problems and a spirit of volunteerism around the campus
- To serve as a catalyst of change and source of ideas inherent in Heifer International’s Cornerstones for Just and Sustainable Development
- To foster cooperative relationships between all members in a way that promotes and values members’ thoughts and ideas
