Check out these new student internship opportunities. Boeing Finance: For placement in summer 2013, you will work as part of a business management team with contracts and pricing, estimating, procurement financial analysis, accounting, financial planning analysis. You’ll also present simple business and financial plans, create integrated cost and resource plans, and perform trend analyses. For finance and accounting majors.

Caterpillar: As an intern during either winter, spring or summer term, you will assist with internal communication initiatives of the local human resources and communication departments, including publication of employee news vehicles, graphics, videos and event planning. Best suited for communication, marketing, human resource management, and English writing and journalism majors.

College of DuPage: Four internship experiences are available to students with a strong background and interest in media production. Opportunities include assistant producer, assistant video editor/videographer, electronic media/graphics and assistant audio technician. For broadcast communication and interactive media studies majors.

Humanitarian Service Project: As a grant writer intern you will research new grants and fundraising opportunities, write letters of intent, complete grant applications and develop contacts. Best suited for marketing and English writing/journalism majors.

Polyone: Based at the company’s Romeoville facility, you will provide graphics support on a training project for a business unit. You will research and identify stock photos and graphics and create animations as needed to ensure training content is delivered in the best format. For interactive media studies majors.
