Study abroad students in Costa Rica help with conservation

Print Email Share
During fall term 17 students and Jeff Anstine, associate professor of management, are studying in Costa Rica. They take intensive Spanish and academic courses and live with families in the town of Quepos. On Oct. 3, the team volunteered to plant more than 200 trees in partnership with Titi Conservation Alliance. To learn more about this project visit http://titiconservationalliance.wordpress.com/ and read the post titled “Simply Awesome Students.” In November, the team will relocate to San Jose where they continue their studies, engage in volunteer work and begin an internship.
