Mixed media creations by artist Nancy Legner will be exhibited Feb. 9 through March 31 in the Oesterle Library Gallery. Titled “Whimsical Chapters of a Secret World,” the exhibit’s mixed media and acrylic paintings are carefully articulated whimsical fantasies that communicate highly personal narrative themes. Legner’s works remind one of a juicy romance novel or a playful children's story.
The artist will greet visitors during an opening reception from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13. Complimentary refreshments will be served. More
