Honors Day is Tuesday, May 18, in Wentz Concert Hall and features the College’s annual Rall Symposium for Undergraduate Research and Honors Convocation.
This year’s guest speaker for the symposium is Dr. Herman B. White Jr., senior scientist at Fermilab. His keynote address, titled “Anti-Matter: The Middle Linebacker of the Big Bang,” begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be followed by student poster and oral presentations throughout the morning.
Honors Convocation starts at 1:30 p.m. when outstanding students will be recognized for their accomplishments in academic and co-curricular disciplines, followed by induction ceremonies for 15 honor societies.
