Supermodel, TV host and entrepreneur Tyra Banks will discuss her first novel “Modelland” and answer questions from the audience at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, in Wentz Concert Hall. Her appearance is the first in the Sesquicentennial Author Series copresented by Anderson’s Bookshops.
A limited number of free tickets to see and hear Banks will be available to students, faculty and staff after 2 p.m Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the front desk in WAC, in addition to individual requests directly to Judy Brodhead at jabrodhead@noctrl.edu. Seating will be in the choir loft at Wentz Concert Hall.
Tickets to the public and those who want a presigned copy of her book are $25/person and include admission to the author talk, question-and-answer session and a copy of her new young adult novel, “Modelland.” Visit Anderson’s Bookshops at 123 W.
