With the start of February, the College launched its lineup of free fitness classes in the Res/Rec Center for students, staff and faculty. Information is posted online at
www.northcentralcardinals.com/recsports. Select “Fitness & Wellness” on the right side of the page to learn more, including the full
schedule and
descriptions of what’s involved in Boot Camp, which meets Monday and Wednesday evenings, Tighten & Tone Mondays and Wednesdays during the noon hour, and Cardio jAB Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
