North Central College’s athletic department has been honored with three awards from the National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) for its vast array of community service efforts for the 2010-2011 academic year.
The department received two Awards of Merit: one for the Wings at Their Feet Back to School Supply Drive and one for an array of service projects, including Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life and Feed My Starving Children. The third award is an Honorable Mention for the department’s ongoing involvement with the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation.
