Emily Jewison landed a backstage role at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago with “The Jungle Book,” a world premier musical based on Disney’s animated movie. She started as a stage management intern and was hired as a young performer supervisor when the show began previews in June. Coincidentally, the other young performer supervisor was fellow alum Kate Cora Clark ’08. The pair helped Mowgli and Little Girl into their costumes, supervised them during the show and met their parents at the end of the evening. After the show closed in Chicago on August 18, Jewison moved to Boston, where the production runs at the Huntington Theatre Company September 7 to October 13.
