Anthony Schlorff M ’11 is technology coordinator for the Community Consolidated School District 93, serving portions of Bloomingdale, Carol Stream and Hanover Park, IL. He was involved in the “1:1 Learning Initiative” that aims to put a computer in the hands of every student by 2015. So far, the program has provided a new MacBook Air laptop to each of the district’s 450 sixth graders and an iPad to 300 kindergartners. Formerly a mathematics instructor at Naperville Central High School, Schlorff now teaches the K-12 instructional technology course at North Central in addition to his role in District 93. He holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from North Central.
