William H. Naumann, Jr.

William Naumann is currently a partner in his own law firm—Naumann & Levine, LLP, specializing in real estate and construction defects. From 1991 to 1999, Naumann was a tort editor for Trial Bar News, which published monthly articles summarizing and analyzing legal developments. His service to the community includes chairman of Interfaith Shelter Network, a shelter for homeless and battered women; board of directors for Habitat for Humanity; and five years as a softball coach for daughter Brittany’s team. Naumann’s “Regulation of California Real Estate Securities in California” was published by the San Diego Law Review and republished by the Colorado State University Law Review. He also received a special recognition award from Consumer Attorneys of California for dedication to the rights of consumers.
