Donna Hartl received a J.D. degree from Loyola University in 1983 and is currently a member of the American Bar, Illinois State Bar, Chicago Bar, Bohemian Lawyers Association and the Illinois CPA Society.  Hartl is also a member of the board of education of South Berwyn School District 100, legislative chairperson for the LaGrange Chapter of the Business and Professional Women’s Society, co-founder of the local democratic organization We Do, Inc., and has served on the advisory committee to the Berwyn Youth Commission. Hartl also serves as a member of the executive committee of the Federal Tax Council of the Illinois State Bar Association.
