Kim Storm, Ed.D., has worked as an independent organizational consultant providing leadership development for organizational change, training, management and marketing strategies. With a doctoral degree in educational leadership, she has formal training in all facets of organizational development and leadership management. Her professional experience includes interdisciplinary work with medical, human service, legal, mental health and educational institutions to improve services, including more than 12 years specialized training for professionals. She has developed instructional curriculum for a variety of organizations and programs. As a trained researcher, she has provided critical analysis for consumer services and is adept at explaining complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences. She has taught The Ethical Challenges of Leadership for the M.L.D. program.
