CAMPUS LOCATION
North Central College is located in Naperville, 30 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. The campus is adjacent to Naperville’s downtown area and can be easily accessed by car from the East-West Tollway (I-88) or by Metra’s Burlington Northern rail line.
TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CAMPUS
Participants traveling by air can fly into either Midway or O’Hare Airports in Chicago. The college campus is located approximately 45 minutes from either airport. American Taxi (630-305-0700) provides reliable transport to and from the airports; fares are $45 from O’Hare and $44 from Midway.
Those traveling into Chicago via Amtrak or by bus can reach the campus from downtown Chicago via Metra’s Burlington Northern rail line, which serves Naperville. The camp will provide transportation from the Naperville train station to campus and back again at the camp’s conclusion.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING AND MEALS
On-campus housing is available in the college’s Ward residence hall, located on the south end of the campus. Rooms are air-conditioned and arranged as suites; standard accommodations include double occupancy rooms and an in-suite bathroom. Single rooms, with shared bathrooms, are also available. The standard housing and meals price includes a room for 5 nights, Monday through Friday and three meals served daily, beginning with dinner on Monday. Participants staying on campus can check into their rooms beginning at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 22, and should plan to check out on Saturday evening, July 27. Out-of-town participants who must arrive on Sunday, July 21 or depart on Sunday morning, July 28 may arrange to extend their stay in on-campus housing for an additional charge of $25 per night.
Commuters may purchase meals on campus on a per meal basis. Adult commuters may also dine off campus (there are several restaurants within walking distance in downtown Naperville).
All camp participants under 18 years of age staying in the college residence hall will be required to be in their rooms by 11:00 p.m. A Camp Counselor will be staying in a room nearby and will ensure that all such students are accounted for each evening.
OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING
For anyone who prefers non-dormitory housing, there are a number of affordably priced hotels and motels in Naperville, located within 5 miles from the college campus.
