New this summer, for your convenience we have added the option to email summer camp consent/health forms to commed@noctrl.edu. Simply fill in the blanks to complete your form and save through Adobe (not the internet browser) where a save icon is displayed. When sending the email with the attached form, please use the participants name as the subject line. Click here to download the summer camps consent form. It is imperative that this form be completed and returned to the Office of Community Development at least one week prior to the start of camp.
