Track & Field Shot Put

WEDNESDAYS FROM 5:00PM-6:30PM (SHOT PUT DAY) Athletes will meet at the shot put rings located in the south east corner of the football stadium where they will be coached in the technical aspects of the shot put as well as participate in exercises, general strength activities and film study. Athletes are encouraged to bring their own implements.
