Track & Field Discus

THURSDAYS 5:30PM-7:00PM (DISCUS DAY) Athletes will meet at the discus ring located outside the south east corner of the football stadium where they will be coached in the technical aspects of the discus throw as well as participate in exercises, general strength activities and film study. Athletes are encouraged to bring their own implements
