Jr. High Musical Theatre Camp
This weeklong workshop for junior high school students interested in musical theatre will be held on North Central's campus. The program provides fast-paced, upbeat classes and practices in the fundamentals of musical theatre, including acting, singing, dance and auditioning taught by seasoned educators and industry professionals. End the week with a dress rehearsal and final show. Space is limited. Day One: welcome, warm-up exercises, dance class & sing your solo Day Two: dance class, acting class, make-up, voice class & dance Day Three: acting class, dance (staging the show), voice class & sing Day Four: staging the show, acting class, voice class, work on the show & acting Day Five: work on the show, rehearsal & show time!
