As part the 150th anniversary of its founding in 1861, North Central College is hosting a three-day reunion of Evangelical Theological Seminary (ETS) alumni March 23-25. Many North Central College graduates went on to study at ETS and prepare for careers in the ministry.

Campus Chaplain Rev. Lynn Pries and students in campus ministry will lead an ecumenical Ash Wednesday Worship Service of prayer, Word and ashes from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, in Koten Chapel at Kiekhofer Hall. The service is designed for Christians of any denominational tradition and is open to everyone. Ashes will be imposed on those who wish to participate in this traditional way of acknowledging a penitent heart.

The archeological exploits of James Henry Breasted, an 1890 North Central College alumnus cited as inspiration for the Indiana Jones character, will be featured at noon today, Tuesday, July 13, on "Worldview," a global affairs program produced by National Public Radio affiliate WBEZ-FM 91.5 in Chicago. Tune in, or listen live at www.wbez.org. Breasted's works are featured in an exhibit at the Oriental Institute at the University of Chicago through Aug. 31. The Rev.
