North Central College Life Trustee Judy Stevenson died June 28, after a long battle with emphysema and related illnesses. She will be remembered for being a caring mother, successful entrepreneur and business leader, friend of the arts and generous benefactor of the College and many other causes. Since she joined North Central’s Board in 1982, her vision and philanthropy have been central to every advance the College has made. Visitation will be held at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 1.
