Rock band Quietdrive to perform Feb. 17

North Central brings the alternative rock band Quietdrive to campus for a concert on Thursday, Feb. 17, in Pfeiffer Hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the opening band Bascom Hill will start the show at 7 p.m. Admission for North Central students, faculty and staff is free with an ID. Tickets are $5 for the public and can be purchased at the door or in advance. To reserve your seat, visit the box office or call 630-637-SHOW (7469).

Second City to perform Saturday night
CUAB will host Second City on campus in a funny sketch about heading back to college this Saturday, Jan. 8, in Pfeiffer Hall. The show starts at 8 p.m.; doors open at 7:30 p.m. Admission for students is free.

The College Union Activities Board is hosting a free screening of “Toy Story” on the big screen at 8:15 p.m. Saturday, May 29, on the lawn at Jefferson Plaza near Seager and Schneller Halls. Bring your chairs, blankets and own food if you wish; free popcorn will be served. For more information about CUAB’s final event of the year contact Colleen White at cewhite@noctrl.edu. The screening is open the entire campus community and neighbors.
