International programs will host a free lecture, titled “Renting a Womb in India: Outsourcing’s New Frontier,” by Madhu Rao at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 1, in Meiley-Swallow Hall. Rao is an international women’s rights advocate and adjunct instructor at North Central and will explore the topics of globalization, gender rights and human rights in the context of India.
