Time to join RecSports fitness classes, intramurals

The fall lineup of RecSports fitness classes has started and intramural registration has begun. Check out northcentralcardinals.com/recsports for details. Current students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate in all RecSports activities.

Fitness classes and intramurals start soon

With the start of fall term, it’s time to think about joining fitness classes and signing up for intramurals. Both are open to all students, faculty and staff. Fitness classes are free and and there’s no registration, except for indoor cycling and weight training. Intramurals require registration with a $20 refundable deposit.

Spring intramurals, fitness classes for everyone

All students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate in intramurals and fitness classes during spring term.

Get moving with fitness classes, intramurals

All students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate in intramurals and fitness classes during winter term. Fitness classes have already started and are free. However, registration is required for intramurals by noon Wednesday, Jan. 12; visit the front desk in WAC (Harold and Eva White Activities Center).
