First-year students enrolled in the interdisciplinary studies (IDS 125) class taught by Gerald Thalmann, associate professor of accounting, have focused their study this term on the business of coffee.

They decided to host a coffee extravaganza during week 10 on March 11 and invite members of the campus community to sample various coffees.
