April 29, 2010—The public is invited to a free screening of the Mission Coffee Can documentary series that chronicles North Central College students’ journey to Guatemala to learn about growing and marketing coffee.

A group of North Central College students are featured in a new video series about the coffee trade and ethical business practices.

The Mission Coffee Can series chronicles how North Central College students work with Guatemalan growers to sell their coffee in the United States. The premiere episode of Mission Coffee Can debuted on Feb. 24 at www.missioncoffeecan.com. New five- to 10-minute episodes will be available every Wednesday for 14 weeks through May 19.
