MAEd alumna Regina Leeberg named to administrative post

MAEd alumna Regina Leeberg is director of Pre K-5 Literacy and Social Studies at Valley View School District 365U.

Regina Leeberg, who earned her master’s of education (MAEd) degree in leadership and administration at North Central College, is director of Pre K-5 Literacy and Social Studies at Valley View School District (VVSD) 365U, which serves Bolingbrook and Romeoville.

Her newly created position with VVSD will place Leeberg in direct contact with teachers and building principals as she serves as a resource to help them help students achieve.

North Central College alumna Alyson Ewald has been named principal of R.C. Hill Elementary School in Romeoville.

North Central College alumna Alyson Ewald has been named principal of R.C. Hill Elementary School in Romeoville, the Valley View School District has announced.

Ewald earned a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from North Central College, which is aligned with the national leadership standards and leads to eligibility for Type 75 General Administrative Certification.

Ewald has been at R.C. Hill since 2003, most recently as assistant principal and earlier as a fourth-grade teacher.
