Registration open for 2013 D-Term Verandah experiences

The Field Museum Chicago, Verandah Experience
D-Term Verandahs offer 12 opportunities for students of any major to pursue informal, experiential learning in small groups with faculty members.

Registration is underway for all 12 D-Term Verandah experiences that are open to any major. No special skills or experience are necessary to participate. Students can explore Chicago theatre, film music, different cultures, contemporary drama, a museum exhibit about propaganda, sustainability solutions, square dancing, Spanish culture and more. Some experiences are on campus, some off campus.

North Central College students will perform on May 9-12 “Way to Heaven,” a play inspired by actual events that occurred during the Holocaust.

Four performances will be presented at 7:30 p.m. May 9-11 and at 2 p.m. May 12 in North Central College’s Madden Theatre at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E.
