Brittany Graham, North Central College sustainability coordinator, was a featured speaker at a statewide composting conference held Feb. 7 at the Westin Hotel in Lombard. She talked about North Central’s composting project at Kaufman Dining Hall as a successful model of waste reduction strategies.
