North Central College is honoring Matthew Brill of Pottstown, Penn., with its 2012 Alumni Recognition Award.

Brill and five others will be recognized during North Central’s Homecoming Convocation at 4:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the College’s Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave., Naperville.

The Alumni Recognition Award is given to a recent graduate of North Central College who has excelled in his or her field in a leadership capacity.

Colbie Caillat to perform at North Central College Sesquicentennial Homecoming

Vocalist and guitarist Colbie Caillat will perform a solo acoustic show Nov. 10 during North Central College’s Sesquicentennial Homecoming Weekend.

North Central College Homecoming 2010

Hundreds of alumni along with students, faculty, staff, trustees and parents had plenty to cheer about during a spirited four-day Homecoming Weekend.

The festivities began Thursday evening with a performance by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and continued with the Alumni Awards, Athletic Hall of Fame Induction, the parade, pep rally, football game, reunions, receptions and all-around good fun.

Oct. 7, 2010—North Central College will present four Outstanding Alumni Awards and a Wall of Witness Award during a Homecoming Weekend ceremony at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, in Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave.

The four Outstanding Alumni Award recipients are Katheryn M. Agne Dutenhaver, Richard L. Easterday, Richard Honer and Dane Scag. The Wall of Witness honoree is the Rev. Robert Harman.
