Early-bird holiday shopping at NCC’s Best store

Enactus (formerly SIFE) will hold its NCC’s Best Fair Trade Open House, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., Nov. 15-16 and 23 at the 116 S. Brainard House.

NCC’s Best, the business arm of North Central College’s Enactus (formerly SIFE), will hold its Week 10 NCC’s Best Fair Trade Open House from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 15-16, inside the 116 S. Brainard House.

Both holiday and every-occasion shoppers are welcome to stop by, browse and purchase products from an inventory of organic, certified green, certified fair trade and direct-trade items, including coffee and various crafts produced in Central American and African countries.

Fair Trade Friday, SIFE’s annual alternative gift fair, will be open after Thanksgiving Nov. 25-26 and in time for the holiday shopping season.

Fair Trade Friday, the North Central College Students In Free Enterprise’s (SIFE) fourth annual alternative gift fair, will be open after Thanksgiving Nov. 25 and 26 and in time for the holiday shopping season.

Convenient shopping hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Nov. 25 and 26, at the red brick house at 116 S. Brainard St.—home of North Central’s faculty offices for anthropology, sociology and the Division of Human Thought and Behavior. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
