The Princeton Review has once again named North Central College a Best Midwestern College in its annual survey of the nation’s best colleges.

The Princeton Review has once again named North Central College a Best Midwestern College in its annual survey of the nation’s best colleges.

North Central College is among a select group of institutions nationwide highlighted by The Princeton Review in “The Best 377 Colleges, 2013 Edition.”

Only about 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year colleges are profiled in the book, which is based on the Princeton Review’s surveys of 122,000 college students. The Princeton Review began surveying college students and publishing its findings in 1992.

Robert Moussetis, North Central College associate professor of international business and chair of management and marketing/Bus, had his article, titled “Ansoff Revisited: How Ansoff Interfaces With Both the Planning and Learning Schools of Thought in Strategy,” chosen as an Outstanding Paper Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012. April 9, 2012—The public is invited to hear international information technology consultant Michael Hugos deliver the free presentation “Success in the Global Markets” at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, in North Central College’s Smith Hall at Old Main, 30 N. Brainard St.  

Hugos’ presentation will address how Americans can compete in the international market and how working styles and cultures vary among the different countries where he has visited and worked.

March 27, 2012—North Central College has introduced a distinctive new Master of International Business Administration (MIBA) degree. It is the Chicago region’s only such graduate-level program with an explicit focus on international business.

With more than 95 percent of the world’s population living outside the United States, North Central College recognizes that employers increasingly need managers who are equipped with international experience and specialized training to take their work to the global marketplace.

The DuPage Symphony Orchestra (DSO) celebrates all that is America with its centerpiece performance of the season, “Heroic and Hopeful.” Audience members will experience the diversity of traditions that have blended together as families and cultures have intertwined over the years.
