Teacher as Leader Curriculum and Instruction Capstone

The purpose is to deepen and broaden your concept of and skill base for teacher leadership.  This purpose will be assisted through your synthesis, application, and extension of the knowledge you have gained through courses and field experiences in which you which you have participated.  You will explore the notion of teacher leadership and its implication to your role as teachers.  You will engage in a long-term project that will allow you to step into the greater school community.

Educational Leadership and Administration Capstone

Students will analyze, synthesize, and apply applications of all learning and coursework in the program, as well as the graduate's own experiential knowledge.  Students are expected to frame contemporary educational issues and provide varied approaches to address those encountered by school administrators.
