When I discovered that NCC was providing the chance to study in the country of my heritage, I was excited. When I found out that I would be able to conduct international research in Greece, I was ecstatic. To be able to experience the actual painting of an Orthodox Church and to travel to various cities rich in culture, are academic and life-changing opportunities that I would never have experienced without my Richter Grant and without the wonderful study abroad program offered by North Central. Every day here is a learning experience, whether in the classroom or at the local, family-owned grocery store that I now have rapport at. So here is to Cardinal Pride...all the way from Athens, Greece.
