Student Research Conference Opportunities
North Central College undergraduate students have the opportunity to present their research findings in a variety of local, regional, and national student conferences. Students are encouraged to work closely with their faculty advisor to develop and submit an independent research project. Students may apply for funding through the Student Conference Travel Program.
Rall Symposium - This conference invites all North Central College students to share scholarly work with others at North Central as well as the community at large.

National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) - This conference invites undergraduate students from across the country to present their research results through oral reports or poster demonstrations. Artists present their work through exhibitions or performances.

the leading conference on undergraduate research in the United States.
HCIR Student Symposium - The Honors Council of the Illinois Region invites NCC honors students to present their scholarly work and spend the day meeting honors students from other Illinois institutions. The next conference will be held on Saturday, February 25 at the Northern Illinois University. Contact Dr. Kristin Geraty for more infomration.
