Professional Conflict Resolution Practice:  As this area of professional practice continues to grow, we hope to establish North Central as a national source for degree and professional training and education in conflict resolution. In addition to the coursework offered and proposed, a lucrative and important market in certificate training exists. By addressing both markets, North Central can have a profound effect on the development of the practice. Several students currently working within the  program have expressed that their long-term career objective is to work in private mediation, dispute resolution system design and\or for in-house corporate ombud offices.
